Bug description: This bug can be judge as "visual" but it's not. As mage, i'm able to dispell Hammer of Justice from the target it has casted. Then, my dispell free the target, i get Hammer of Justice as "Buff" and red CC alarm in the center of the screen, but it doesn't actually stun me.
