Bug description: In freakz ranks are not giving any benefits. i'll list below each rank of aethrill and what should it do ( the ranks are obtainable , not sure about the rank 3 aethrill i still haven't got it)

Rank 1:

Description : it should increase the gathering effect from 1-3 per node to 3-9

You can see from the chat in the video that he is looting only between 3 and 9 flowers up from 1-3 , and he has rank 3

Description : you should be able to loot blood of sargeras from nodes too , right now you can do that without any rank

Description : 'What I have gathered from my person experience:
-The proc rate seems to be quite low ~5%, maybe a bit higher.
-I have only ever seen it proc off herb nodes (i.e. herbing dead plant enemies doesn't cause it to trigger)
-The spawned herb will always be identical to the herb you just gathered (i.e. proccing on dreamleaf will always spawn another dreamleaf)
-The spawned herb will spawn immediately and make a distinct sound when it happens.
-The spawned herb for all intents and purposes acts identically to a normal herb node, gives the same amount of herbs and can even proc additional herb spawns if you are very lucky (I have gotten a chain of four in a row).'
