Bug description: With my Dk I have 0 artifact knowledge and I only can do "Hitting the books" . That's a problem cause I must have the quest "Knowledge is power" and I don't have it, I found that extrange cause i'm in 110. And I pay for it. Thank you, have a nice day.

My dk name is Mustax.

My artifact knowledge level is 0, haha i don't have any point, cause the other day I pay to have the 110, and cause I only have "Hitting books" I'm still waiting the 4 days to have some artifact knowledge....
