constant lags since 2 days

Hi
I have started playing on Legion server about a week ago
In the beginig all was great
I started with grafics set on 7
Since last 2 days I can hardly play with grafics set to 2 or 3

I have tried to follow this forum guide

But I have a problem with point 3.Is it running on the main graphics card?!

When I right click on WoW.exe it does not show option to run with my Nvidia grphics card

My GEForce Expirience does not detec wow.exe at all


Or maybe the root cause of the problem is different?


Can some1 pls suggest me what to do?
