WoW Freakz spell link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=190447&&name=brain-freeze
Bug description: I know that u have this delay for a reason but its just too big, its breaking gameplay. I often miss ebonbolt combo and instead of casting empowered flurry i cast basic one that has cast time. Delay on retail is nowhere near big as it is here. There is no need for delay this big, and if u want retail experience you should change this.

The delay on the BF proc granted by ebonbolt only occurs if you ALREADY have a BF proc active on you while you cast the ebonbolt. The reson for this small delay is to give you the opportunity to consume the current proc before ebonbolt can grant you the next one. This is how it should be.

If you cast ebonbolt WITHOUT having a brain freeze proc already up, you will see that it is granted INSTANTLY there will be no delay at all.
