POSSIBLE CHARACTER MINING LEVEL BUG...NEED HELP!

I have reached 341 in mining, however now there is nothing in my smelting that will raise my level in mining any higher. This wouldn't be an issue normally but now it also doesn't seem to matter how much or what I mine it won't rise any higher in level. so it is like I am permanently stuck at 341 for mining. How do I fix this?

I have been a part of many private servers in the past but I must say this is one of the best. The bugs are fixed a lot faster than usual and the staff here are amazingly quick with help. Thank you guys.
