Bug description: While standing in your Consercration you don't get the 20% damage reduction buff on SotR

It works.
I checked both of your photos, in both of them you have Consecration up.

Note*:
While standing in your own consecration, SotR effects are increased by 20%. - that means.
If without consecration, it reduces 50%, with consecration, it will reduce 60% ( 50% + 20% of base dmg reduction ), not 50% + 20%.
