Portal Issues

I am a level 101 DH, I can't access the portal to Pandaria, The quest board in the Valley of Honer isn't offering the quest "The Art of War" and the portal in the valley of strength isnt letting me use it. I think I found a second portal to Pandaria but can't remember where it is. Can anyone help me?

Never mind, found it...the quest was called "All Aboard" for some reason.

Portal is accesible only after you've done the access to pandaria chain quests.

Migrations can take up to 24 hours to be completed, DM-ing me will not make your migration get completed faster
