Recuperare Char Name Pe Legion

Buna,

As avea o intrebare privitor la un nume de character pe Felsong. Cand se puteau rezerva nume pt serverul nou de Legion mi-am rezervat numele main-ului Insane (https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/Genesis/insane), insa n-am putut sa intru in prima luna a noului server si nu imi amintesc sigur daca era specificata vreo limita de retinere a numelui atunci, la inceput ( nu asta e important, oricum). Cand am putut reveni, pe Legion am vazut ca Insane e deja luat de un demon hunter (https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/Felsong/insane) care n-a mai intrat de cel putin 2 luni acum. Se poate face ceva sa recuperez numele, o donatie ceva, ca sa imi pot transfera achievurile si sa imi pastrez characterul "veteran de vreo 5 ani" intact? Multumesc.

Thank you, I'm sorry, I didn't realize it's English-only. One more question, I only found this "Rename char 4.9$" on the WoW Shop page and on the in-game shop. Could you point me in the right direction for the quote you mentioned? And is the "(only if that player is inactive !)" part explained somewhere as in for how long does a player have to be inactive for this to work? Thank you!
