Details: I completed a few World Quests from Highmountain (about 5 or 6). I then went to claim the Highmountain Tribute item by returning the quest in Thunder Totem. I did not receive the item when I turned in the quest. I logged out and logged back in. I received a mail in the mailbox from Customer Support with the item (Highmountain Tribute) inside it. I clicked on it, but the item turned black and white, did not go into my inventory and then disappeared. Please help me out.
