flask duration and effect

anyone knows how some people have flasks that last 2 hours and give around 2800 to their stat? can't find anything about that anywhere

Where should i ask if i don't have the passive even though i have alchemy leveled to 780?

edit/ nvm figured it out for some reason the alchemy trainer in dalaran doesn't teach it .-.

on Legion It supposed to be world quest for mixology if You have alchemy, but here on freakz You can simply buy it from trainer on 475 skill (check Shattrath City old TBC alchemy mixology master)
