Bug description: Ok, so in the jewelcrafting shop in dalaran isnt NPC Jabrul, which should teach you legion jwl recipes. Quest to dalaran, with love doesnt work either. (NPC isnt there)
+ I bought jwl through wow shop, and spent 7 dollars for it. So yeah..

Jewelcrafting Quest Chain is not ready yet, it's a work in progress. It'll be fixed very soon, it's a priority.

Ok i understand that q chain isn't working, but i'm one of many that donated for this profession. So from my point of view either you give my money back or just put the vendor there for us all to have access.
