[REJECTED] Emissary chest's disappear from bag and mail

WoW Freakz item link: Valarjar Cache, Nightfallen Hoard and Highmountain Tribute
Bug description: After completing the 3 emissary quest i was going to opened then but all where missing, i check the mail icon and when i checked there the three chest where in my mail, after looting 2 disappear and didn't got em in my backpack, also they didn't appear again in the mail

As you can see in my bag the three AP rewards are there but there isn't any chest and i still have the 3rd one in my mail to proof

Confirmed, i just lost https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137561&&name=highmountain-tribute after looting it from mail because my bags were full at the time of rewarding the quest. at first i thought its lagging or its a visual bug but even after a relog it was still missing in my bags.

same thing here. Last night i had 3 chests from Nighthold, Stormheim and Highmountain. I was w8ing for the essences fix and when i loged this morning they were gone. I checked mail and i saw them, but when i tried to loot them 2 of them dissapeared and 1 was "Inventory is full"
