[REJECTED] A "Noble" Event (remaked in english)

Bug description: I can't start this quest, because you removed the loot from Glimmering Treasure Chest because of a exploit and no one can loot this item http://www.wowhead.com/item=140495/torn-invitation so they can start A "Noble" Event quest. Even if i have all items from Scouting Map for finishing the quest, i can't start it.

We removed the items, but not the Torn-invitation. So, it has a chance to drop

So what's the time of spawn of Glimmering Treasure Chest, because I was looking on freakz and it said that was spawned, but it wasn't...

I mean, i took it and i showed you the photo where i opened the chest with no loot https://imgur.com/fkxicCo and then i waited to spaw again, on object finder said it was spawned, but i couldn't saw it. You can pick it up once a day or what?
