[COMPLETED] My Ruby Panther mount that was a gift doesn't work

Details: (optional) Froster told me to make this but I did not lose the item it's just when I try to use it the item says "No charges remaining" when I received this item it was a gift from a friend and it came wrapped I don't know if thats what made it break and say "No charges remaining" but if you look in my characters inventory its still there but unusable i've tried relogging, sending it to another character all that and it still wont work please if anything can I get a new one that works or can you fix this one?
