Bug description: It deals way to low dmg

Proof: Doing arcaway [mythic 16] with moderate aoe fight and it deals only 20mil out of 1242mil .



Also in the hotfixes he received 30% increased dmg buff , its the hotfix applied here?

I don't care if you think it's low damage. Prove that it's low (show me the tooltip on your item vs how much does it hit for in combat log).

It is supposed to proc 3 times in one minute.

Proof: https://imgur.com/a/tEQZe I think it should be over 100k dmg considering that dummy has 30% armor. 30% out of 142 is 42.6.
