Bug description: Resurgence passive talent is not refunding the correct amount of mana for each spell:

Healing Wave:
Manca cost 19.800
Resurgence shoulds return 100% = 19.800
Effecctive mana refunded = 11.000

Healing Surge:
Manca cost 44.000
Resurgence shoulds return 60% = 30.800
Effecctive mana refunded = 6.600

Riptide:
Manca cost 17.600
Resurgence shoulds return 60% = 13.860
Effecctive mana refunded = 6.600

Chain Heal:
Manca cost 55.000
Resurgence shoulds return 25% = 13.750
Effecctive mana refunded = 4.125

Your direct heal criticals refund a percentage of your MAXIMUM MANA

And it's not 60%, it's 0.60%. You really have problems with reading.
Read the tooltip again
