Bug description: Leyweaver Tytallo in suramar is supposed to give this quest for the 30 slotted bag but it's not implemented yet (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=93969/leyweaver-tytallo)

Can confirm, did every quest listed in http://www.wowhead.com/legion-tailoring-guide
including quests 31, 32, 33.

Leyweaver Tytallo won't give the quest however.

Fixed. The quest Return to Karazhan: The Big Bag Theory becomes available if you completed the quest The Queen's Grace Loom from tailoring quest chain. Also fixed rank 3 recipe ->

Pattern: Imbued Silkweave Bag.
