Bug description: Ysera's gift is affected by Mastery and it shouldn't. This bug + the legendary chest results in some big heals with this PASSIVE spell.

Ysera's Gift is NOT affected by mastery. End of discussion. The spell is blacklisted.

Why the difference then? I can't find any other modifier

I will check it later, busy atm. But I'm 1000% sure it's not the mastery. It was reported months ago and fixed. Again, will have a look at it later

Ysera increased from 3% to 5.25% @legendary chest is affected by mastery

Fixed
