[REJECTED] [Random NPC bug] Overlord Agmar

Bug description: The problem with Agmar is that most of the time, he's not where he should be spawned. That is, right in front of his throne inside the barracks. This occurs mainly because of one quest, which was partially scripted. "All Hail Roanauk" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12140&&name=all-hail-roanauk) allows you to ask him to walk with you to go outside and initiate Roanauk Icemist, which you previously saved, but once the Overlord gets there, you can just click on Roanauk to get credit, where you would have to click a series of gossip options to get credit. What this does is that Overlord Agmar just stays there, doesn't go back to his throne, and you can't interact with him to turn in or accept new quests. =/

This report was made because the Random NPC bug list is currently CLOSED by Denim. He asked us to make individual reports, so don't reject it, please.

Essentially, the quests he gives and completes, can only be taken or completed after a server restart, until someone else takes the All hail Roanauk quest and bugs him again.
