Every time I talk about a problem I am having in the game chat, people tell me to post in the forums, but when I post in the forums, people just view my posts and don't say anything. The reason I post in the forum is to get help, not be ignored. I am contemplating just uninstalling this game, because there are so many problems that it isn't fun to play, and the GMs, and Mods, and the players aren't very helpful when you are having a problem.

First of all, game chat is not for helping, it's for chat. You need to open a ticket. If you did a ticket and still got redirected to forums, show us your ticket and the response, otherwise just saying "trust me it's like this" is useless

Of course we read all the issues, but take note we have to take priority first, not ignorance Issues are to be posted on the forums with proof so we can investigate the issue with the provided info. As mentioned, the chat and sometimes the tickets are not the best place to ping-pong the conversation in a easy mode to handle it rather than having it solved via the forum.
