[DUPLICATE] PvP gear has imbalanced stats in PvE

WoW Freakz link: Any pvp gear with random enchantment (not neck,ring or trinkets)

Bug description: I am not 100% sure if it's a bug, but i saw that people who donate 925 pvp items get for example 2.7k mastery on a chest.
If you compare this to a pve t19 chest (1100+700 2nd stat) it's over 900 more secondary stat gain.
In my opinion pvp gear should not have more stats than pve gear and if you donate a single stat pvp chest the mastery has to be about 1.8k and not 2.7k then.

Proof: Sry i have no screens and armory does not show stats on people with pvp gear.
But for example compare https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=138350&&name=breastplate-of-the-highlord
with https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=143165&&name=fearless-gladiator-s-scaled-chestpiece
both on ilvl 925.

Or even better, we can compare pvp/pve items from retail with same ilvl:

You see the pvp item has single stat 1.5k, which is the same as t19.
The 430-1075 on proccs with 2 stats mean that 1 stat is 430 and the other 1075, so still 1.5k.

I think the bug on freakz is that random enchanted items in general always get 2 high rolls of 2nd stat.
As single stat the 2 high stats are getting added up togheter (for example 1075+1075 instead of 1075+430 in case of that 875 pvp item).


Conclusion: It has to be a bug, because there is not sense for blizzard to make pvp gear stronger than pve gear IN pve.

I can confirm this.It's so unbalanced in pve because there are some certain classes ,rogues assasination in particular, who can stack at full gear so much mastery allowing them to do insane amount of damage ,damage numbers which can only be seen in 7.2-7.3 on blizz.@shocker
