[DUPLICATE] [General] Nitro Boosts CD / USE

WoW Freakz link: Nitro Boosts
Bug description: CD doesn't work at all, and on OmniCC adon don't show timer, i waited 3-4 minutes and CD isn't up yet, i tried to go in & out of combat it doesn't work. It say: You can't do that yet.
Proof: You can test easily in game.
