Anyone knows how can I get this quest? Odyn doen't give it to me and I did

[103 - 110] Recruiting Shieldmaidens
[110] Axe and You Shall Receive (optional)
[110] Hitting the Books (optional)
[110] Champion Armaments (optional)
[110] The Might of the Val'kyr (optional)

but next step seems locked by no reason. I cannot proceed give class campaign quests...

You are talking about the part 2 of the warrior class compaign. Im sorry to say its still not added yet , soon anyway.
