Bug description: account chars no exist on felsong and i have 2 chars on felsong

and i cant unstuck my chars my acc is old and i dont know if need tranfer from other expansions the thing is i delete a char because i cant unstuck help me plz adms

Hello I have a problem my Paladin character doesn't log in, and now for some reason I can't log in my account is something wrong? I did unstuck my characters and then its not working. Streaming error says
