[REJECTED] Glimmering Treasure Chest stopped spawning

Bug description: i have unlocked this chest via questing in suramar and it was spawning since then,but a few days ago it stopped appearing idk why

in this pic you can see that i have hidden artifact skin for ww monk,which can be obtained only from this chest,so this is proof i have unlocked it.
