[FIXED] [Item] Paladin T19 Holy 4P Bonus not working

Bug description: I tested the holy paladin 4p bonus today and noticed that it is not working.
The procc is shown in the debuffs, but after using it for flash of light once the 2nd procc never is used and you just heal the standard amount and not the 50% increased.
For holy light the procc works perfectly and is removed. Please fix it for flash of light, because this is the mainspell you would use the procc on.
Proof:
This screen is from my bis paladin with 4p, you see that i crit the holy shock so i get procc and the following 2 flash of light should be 50% increased.
The 2nd flash of light although heals the standard 1.12m instead of 1.68m
