Alaina's Belongings nowhere ingame

Bug description: The Cosmetic item is not ingame even if the Alaina's Belongings (which is not ingame too) is an object that has 100% chance to drop it and it is from patch 7.0.3. As we all know, our server is going to be 7.2 (as Nighthold was opened) so the object and item should be ingame too.
Proof: Alaina's Belongings is not in the database of the server, but https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=139391&&name=alaina-s-bonnet is, which means it is obtainable in a way. The cosmetic is a drop of the object, which is not added yet(even if it should be from patch 7.0.3).
