WoW Freakz spell link: Light of Dawn
Bug description: Light of Dawn should NOT exclude full health players, just having lowly health players as main priority. At this moment, full health players are NEVER healed, this leading to a huge healing loss.
For example, on overflowing affix, if a player has 100% HP and absorb shield, light of dawn wont EVER heal him, and this should never happen, this happens to all types of absorbs on full health.
Just make light of dawn heal every1 in the frontal cone, but with main priority on low health players.
Proof:
Go to 15:10 and use 0.5speed, you will see that the healing dummies have full health and still get healed by the LoD
