error BLZ51900002

Hi! For some time now my wow has been disconnected only after spending some time playing, today when trying to log in, I missed the error "blz51900002". It is not the first time that it happens to me but it was usually solved only after a while, but today I still can not start. I have tried many of the solutions raised in other post with the same problem but I can not fix it.

Hello again. I have managed to fix my error and I have come to leave as I solve it in case someone is in the same situation. My mistake was because I had changed the router, and this in its configuration had the firewall at the highest level, so it blocks everything that is not basic functions of the computer and the internet. My solution has been to go to the configuration and lower it to medium level, although it can also be customized for experienced people.

I have the same problem but i dont think its the router since i was able to connect before(2017) and my router firewall is off https://imgur.com/a/tTQgg and public DMZ is on, so i dont know what to do anymore, pls help
