Bug description: It should not benefit from Damage done by Items and Enchants (on the link provided the last Filter). This is extremely important as this bug can be abused heavily using trinkets that deal high amounts of burst damage (Draught of Souls).

Confirm, here is another person complaining on battlenet forums about CBoZ not getting modified by 4piece bonus or on use trinkets/enchants.

Also warcraftlogs confirm it, showing CBoZ low in the list of damaging abilities even on warriors with draught of souls (it shows up as Battle cry in the logs, click the arrow to the right of the name).
