Hello,

I think i found a bug but i don't have time to analyze it properly.
When you Windburst,the Vulnerable debuff starts when the target is hit by the shot.
When you use Marked shot proc,the vulnerable window starts before the boss is damaged and you loose 1 sec global countdown.
If you have time can you test it on your hunter and confirm please?

You can see that for MarkedShot, Sidewinders it's on MissileFired and for Windburst it's on Spell Hit
