Bug description: Damage calculation method is wrong. It should deal more damage, maybe more spells, not only this one.

Just simply no. You have to stand near your original target for the whole 3 seconds, otherwise you'll lose damage, as it's a melee spell... It already deals more damage than the tooltip because of the extra refresh it provides. Don't forget that the initial damage is PHYSICAL, thus reduced by armor, but the DoT is a Bleed effect which is not. I just checked, it deals correct damage.
