Bug description: Lately, I've been getting very low ticks on UA and I do not know what triggers it. (Say if i'm stupid and there is no problem)

It's because of haste, you gain a proc or something after you applied the aura, your haste gets higher a bit => the periodic timer decreases on UA, but not the duration.

So for example you should always deal 4x full damage UAs, but in case your haste gets higher, maybe you'll deal a partial damage at the end. Let's say you did 4 times the normal tick damage, but the aura still has 120ms left => at the end it will do a scaled damage (for example if the normal periodic timer is 2000ms = 2s, it will do normalTick * 120/2000 = normalTick * 0.06 = 6% of the normal tick.

It's not bugged, it's just a partial tick at the end of the aura
