pick lock

i read a locked forums that says I should be able to learn it from a rogue trainer but neither one in sw or ironforge would teach me I am level 60 and only able to unlock level 1 , is there something I should do before that ?

Not a priority right now.

It's confirmed so it might be fixed soon.
