This book is needed for the achievement "Well read", all the books work except this.

Bug description: The book is not spawned, I searched in all the instance, and after kill all bosses is not spawned yet.

I just went to it, its spawned and is working, its on top of an edge by the wall.
Rejected.

Sorry i redo it in nm and hc but i cannot find it in the place where it should be.
