Bug description: So it's pretty hard to explain but maybe you will understand quicksand , so when you get auto on target and cast arcane at the same time and auto attack hit's first the dummy and procs hunter's mark for arcane / multi-shot it consume that hunter's mark on target after arcane reach the target you can see pretty eazy on this blizz video . The violet thing it's arcane shot btw .

Don't really understand, tell me this:
If autoshot procs marking targets and arcane shot is already mid-air, SHOULD or SHOULD NOT Marking Targets be consumed and vulnerable to be applied? On retail.
