Details: (optional) i spent 77 vote points on it the previous day. i thought it can't be looted in-game and today i managed to loot it before the game froze in siege of orgrimmar.i would like an exchange,if possible, with the shoulder piece from the same tier set .(Shoulderguards of Intended Power) i really hope that those vote points won't be a waste. thank you !
