[DUPLICATE] [Ulduar] Brain of Yogg-Saron

Bug description: After bringing this NPC below 30% hp, there should appear portals leading outside The Mind's Eye, to Yogg-Saron's chamber. Instead of this, my character got trapped in that room.

Confirmed but needs clarity:

- Portals to leave the brain room are ALWAYS present in the fight.
- When you get the brain to 30% it should auto-eject anyone inside back outside (think C'Thun's stomach)

Either option would work in this situation but currently neither do and Yogg is unkillable.
