Confirmed , as examples - when he casts FoF with Bloodlust - 0:07 https://youtube.com/watch?v=gitAiSfOl7c:

- the channeling cast is 2.8s
- when he casts FoF w/o Bloodlust - 2:09 https://youtube.com/watch?v=gitAiSfOl7c:

- normal cast 3.6s
The amount of ticks should not change just the timespan between them.
