Bug description: This spell is realy bugged...u can remove from you with right click (in retail video u can't remove its perma buff until use)...then its not working well proc's are very low and that GLOW on spell's its not working Very important thing!

Stop deciding what's "really important". This is a simple visual bug. And also, "u can remove from your with right click" is intended, you can remove it on retail as well. Don't right click on it, what else can I say?
