Bug description: I saw this buff on other players, and i succeded to recreate it in this way. You have to be in a raid and duel with any player until the buff is put on you, after this do an alt+f4 exit and after relog the buff will still be on you until you die. Also i've observed that this buff exists also on other classes and specs as Demon Hunter or Priest.
