Bug description: Mutilate Bleed Bonus not working.

These are my hits which consists of 3 hits in total and no such bleed effect. and I am not even sure if the 4th set bonus works either.

So my conclusion is nothing in the set works rn.

Are you blind or what? It's clearly visible that on all three images you sent the DoT is on the Dummy.

This is the icon you are looking for. And 4piece works as well. So I'd prefer if you didn't make assumptions and conclusions based on what you think, because we don't really care about that. All we care about are solid proofs, which you have none.
