NEED GM ! MY hunter class hall is bugged

I dont have any class hall quests..cant unlock 3rd relic slot...have only 3 followers and dont know what to do...its for 5 days like this, it says on the upgrade guy that he gots a quest for me and when i interact nothing happens !!!! PLS HELP, rly tryed all things
