WoW Freakz item link: Choker of Barbed Reins

Bug description: Bonus effect Barbed Rebuke does not scale properly with item level increase and damage multipliers.

1) The scaling based on ilvl is wrong. The tooltip should show nearly 46k physical damage at 925 ilvl, according to wowhead. On freakz, it's the same as 855 version which shows the item to have 3k less damage output than wowhead, same ilvl.

wowhead link - you can check the damage for all ilvls.

2) Damage should scale with multipliers (artifact weapon - traits, versatility, attack power).

As shown in the screenshot at average hits, it only takes into consideration the armor reduction.



3)It can proc from Stagger on monks up until patch 7.2, when it received a stealth nerf.

There are some invalid things here...

Attack Power will NEVER categorize as "TotalDamageIncrease" => these are auras that increase overall damage done.
Damage modifiers already increase the damage of the trinket.

Fixed scaling (tooltip will remain the same, but the actual damage output will be correct. something's weird about the tooltip, don't want to waste much time atm) and stagger interaction
