Possible early implementation of the new 7.3.5 legendary system?

i've been looking at the upcoming patch 7.3.5 and the great new addition of the purified titan essence which can give you a legendary for your spec for 175 purified essences
i think that it would be fantastic if we can get such a system early with essences of aman'thul to be used instead seeing as most people already have upgraded their best legendaries if not all to 940 and the essence would just be wasted in our bags instead
personally i have struggled with the problems of legendaries currently i have 7 out of which i miss 2 prime ones my overall bis and my bis for aoe
i think it would be a great addition because it would double the legionaries you get every 2-3 weeks and it wouldn't be that hard a system to implement or game breaking because the currency is blizzlike and ingame
it would also make rolling alts much more forgiving as you wouldn't have to spend potentially 3 months getting all the legionaries you need for a certain class
but i'd love to hear what the devs and the community think about this though

hahaha mate u are asking for something that is not going to be done because we are still on 7.1.5

It's the suggestions section and you never know
If a system is inherently broken and there's a fix for it's worth it to try
many players still need a good number of legendaries and every bit helps
i know it's a loooooooooooooooooooooong shot but it's better than nothing
