Bug description: Looking for Raid NPCs do not work pre-legion. You should be able to talk to Lorewalker Fu, Shin, Han to queue yourself in any Mist of Pandaria raid. By queueing yourself for a raid, you get a different color set. @ very top of Mogu'shan Palace entrance.
