Bug description: Necrosis and Scourge of the Worlds currently don't stack with each other,while they sould. Also the Necrosis procs are really low

As visible in the video the damage of Clawing shadows being increased by the Scourge of the Worlds trait & Necrosis talent seems to be working correctly, the damage does not scale multiplicatively off eachother but off the base Damage of Clawing Shadows, meaning if Clawing shadows hits for 160k base damage and 216k with Scourge of the Worlds on the target Necrosis will scale off the 160k instead of the 216k making you end up with 280k instead of 302k. Regarding Scourge of the Worlds not procing, as also shown in the video is clearly does proc.
