Bug description: it's missing 100% increase damage from 7.1.5 fix
Proof:

on this log paladin max crits 500k with divine hammer,while on my pala max crit is 190k (Warcraftlogs pala is 909 ilvl,my pala is 899 ilvl),
also my avg is hit 75k,crit 149k,while his is 180,250
