[REJECTED] [Paladin][3rd relic quest line] No more quests in Class Hall after "Tech It Up a Notch"

Bug description: I have tryed to complete the 3rd relic chain quests following the guide on the forum also, but my quests stop after "Tech It Up a Notch ". After talking to a bounch of paladin players on the server i realised that their quests continued but mine didnt. I am unsure as to what i need to do next . Dont know if its really a bug or just something i did wrong that hides the follow-up quests from me but i would need some help please.
Proof: I don't know exactly what to post in the proof part of the report...

i did not play as paladin. but for 3rd slot there are 2 parts of quests as far as i know.

when you finish quests in class hall. just visit dalaran and there will be a NPC following you near path when you go to flying master portion.

or you can visit whole dalaran, there must be a NPC following you. take the QUEST.

Someone else toold me that.. but no NPC with quests.. i took every quest in Dalaran. I am sure it's a bug.. could use a reset or at least some help from a GM
